All purchases are final.
Once an order is placed, it moves into production specifically for you. Because of that, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or buyer’s remorse requests.
Every piece is produced only after it is ordered. That keeps inventory lean, reduces waste, and keeps the brand intentional.
You don’t just buy it. You choose it.
If your item arrives with a verified printing or manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.
Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved defect claims may result in a replacement item, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
We do not replace or refund items due to incorrect size selection, wrong shipping information entered at checkout, normal wear, personal preference, or damage caused after delivery.
